Jaemie is an engineer, a podcaster and a mentor, who is passionate about engineering and promoting engineering and STEM careers to a wider and more diverse audience.

Jaemie has worked within the engineering industry for over 30 years and is a Member of The Institution of Engineering and Technology as well as being a STEM Ambassador.

Understanding the need to recruit and retain people within STEM careers Jaemie founded the Engineering Success Podcast Series.

His passion lies with empowering and encouraging others to achieve their goals and to be great at whatever they choose to do.

Interviewing influential and successful individuals working within STEM we hear their inspirational stories and find out what has made these successful people successful.

We find out their route into STEM and discover the challenges they have faced and how their career journey's have evolved.

Talking about the values, mindset and attributes needed for a career in STEM we also discuss the challenges that lie ahead and how technology is shaping our future roles.

We also hear these inspiring individuals talk about diversity and inclusion within STEM careers and the need to engage with underrepresented groups to create a workforce ready to meet the challenges of the future.
